When attaching the strap to my Fitbit the ball on the pin immediately came loose, it was very difficult to later remove the strap without the spring release tab attached to the pin. I had to use a lot of muscles and pliers! Obviously the group is garbage now as I had to destroy it to remove it from the Fitbit itself. Disappointed, the product was junk!
