did not work after first shutdown, will be sent back for repair

After some research I settled on Skytech's Blaze 2. I was happy with the speed of delivery; a week instead of two. The computer came in very secure packaging. The case design and placement of the internal hardware looked sharp. Keyboard and mouse are nice. After setting it up, I turned on the computer and it worked; The LEDs lit up, the fans started up, the BIOS booted up and I installed the desktop. I went to make him work for three hours. I came back, shut down and installed my game disks. I turned on the computer with confidence. To my complete surprise, Blaze 2 was unresponsive. Although the keyboard and mouse caught fire. I checked everything necessary and tried again with the same result. I went to the Skytech website and tried to call them but the message on their website said to use the live chat feature which is based on California time. I used their tech support and followed the procedures I was familiar with. None of my attempts to turn the computer back on have been successful. On Monday I activated their chat and waited an hour. I was talking to someone and decided to send the computer in for repair. I received a free shipping label and sent it back. It's been a week since Skytech received the refund. I decided to check the progress, activated the chat again and waited an hour and a half, but I spoke to someone. Your answer; Due to COVID-19 they are in short supply and it will take 3-4 weeks to ship the computer back to me. I'm not unhappy. I'm curious how it works. Update 6/6: It's been almost two weeks since I sent the computer back. I still don't have a computer. Update 6/10: After several chats with the support team, I received my computer. It was sent ultra-securely, packed in thick foam packaging in a large cardboard box. I plugged in my hard drives, which were sealed inside, indulged in there, and turned on the power. The computer started and worked without problems for the last 17 hours. I have to say that I am very satisfied. I also know that sometimes items arrive damaged or not working and this is not the seller's fault. Dispatch is brutal and can displace equipment. It's a fact. A special feature of the company is that it takes back the goods, fixes the defect and easily pays for the return shipping. Good job Skytech! Update 07/19/2021 Still works!
