Updated rating: 1 star I have been contacted by the seller who said they can't help me after the 30 day purchase period and only if in the original packaging etc me suggest you think twice before purchasing this item. It's not worth it. Updated rating: 1-star scale now weighs dozens of pounds wrong. Moving to another part of the floor does not help. I weighed ten pounds less in the shoes. Very disappointed. Original rating: 5 stars I'm blind. It works well and I hear a voice telling me my weight. If you don't like the Korean accent, the voice might bother you. I'm just glad I can do the job accurately and without eyes.
