The ease of use for both parties involved with this service! I have been using it since its inception back when they were just starting out as well as now that we are working together through our partnerships program (which has made my life easier!). We've used them before during other projects where there was no transparency between shipping partners. It's helped tremendously because everything happens online allowing me to not waste any resources by having someone physically present who could be doing something else instead.
