I like how easy it was for me as an applicant (and recruiter) to use this service, especially with my phone! It's also great because you don't have to spend time looking up addresses or other information about your employees when they are not available at their desks/offices during normal business hours. There isn't much i dislike but maybe having multiple interviewers would make things easier? Maybe just one person could do interviews while another interviewer does follow ups etc.? Interview process takes longer than expected due to issues we had regarding our wifi network. We were able to resolve those problems though so no complaints there. The benefits far outweigh anything negative. This saved us countless manhours trying to contact candidates via email only to get responses back saying "I'm busy right now" - which happens quite often even if someone says yes initially.
