The support team is very responsive to our needs as well as quick at delivering products when we need them! We have not had any issues with this product so far in terms of performance or functionality; however I do think that there are other providers out their who offer better customer service than they currently provide (even though it does seem like more people work for VL now). If you're looking into purchasing software/hardwares from VMworld then go through voltasolutions first - all my previous purchases were made directly via emails which took forever but also was quite costly compared ot what i could find elsewhere online such has vmWorld marketplace etc..
