The customer service was fast and efficient, they had great quotes, they responded quickly to our requests. We will go back to them again! Their price quotes were very good. My issue we are looking into is their sales process. The whole process takes time. It’s not as immediate as you want it to be from an e-mail or phone call. The support team is very responsive to our needs as well as quick at delivering products when we need them! We have not had any issues with this product so far in terms of performance or functionality; however I do think that there are other providers out their who offer better customer service than they currently provide (even though it does seem like more people work for VL now).
