The customer service was fast and efficient, they had great quotes, they responded quickly to our requests. We will go back to them again! Their price quotes were very good. My issue we are looking into is their sales process. The whole process takes time. It’s not as immediate as you want it to be from an e-mail or phone call. When I contacted them through another contact that they provided, I got a very different kind of experience. After going from one point to the other trying to make sense of how they can provide what they claimed to provide. It just took a bit longer than I expected. They had nothing for us at any moment when my partner tried to talk with him and make it happen. This is why we choose them in the end but not right now. We need to wait for a couple more months until we have everything completed otherwise it wouldn’t make sense. The ease of use and the support is what I like the most about this product. It was easy to set up and use. There were no problems with installation or configuration. I would recommend Volta to any business that needs a reliable solution for their network storage. They have been able to help us get our network back online after a server failure. We also needed help with file sharing between two offices. This has allowed us to share files without having to go through email attachments.
