Review on OSP Home Furnishings Avenue Six ST181-V11 Vista Task Office Chair in White Vinyl by Danielle Smith

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nice looks but the quality needs some work.

Amazing in every way. This chair was easy to assemble. At first I thought some hardware was missing because there was a hole in the hardware set and the screws were missing from where they were supposed to be, but the manufacturer seems to just use the same hardware set for multiple products, so I had all the necessary details. that's a comfortable chair. That looks great. The big plus for me was that it was white, had no armrests and had a low profile so it fitted nicely under my desk. Be careful if you need a chair that is high enough - this may not work - check the dimensions first. big fan. I take good care of my stuff and so far dirt hasn't been a problem. We'll see after some use and I'll update the review if I run into any issues. UPDATE: After a good month and a thorough workout, I can say I've had no problem keeping my chair clean. However, I wear a belt, and when I lean back with the belt on, the chair seems to leave an indelible dent. I uploaded a photo to the customer photo section. I will contact customer service to see if this is normal and update my experience. UPDATE 2: Working with customer support was easy. A replacement part was sent to me immediately. I haven't used the new part enough to know if the pad is susceptible to the permanent dents I had on the first part of my belt. I will update this review again if this happens again. UPDATE 3: Customer Service replaced the part. No problem. But after a few months of use. the seat of the chair sagged, for lack of a better term. This thing looks like it's sitting on solid cardboard. Considering the price I paid I'm not complaining but he was much more comfortable early in his life.
