Review on Heater Resistor 15141283 Cadillac Pontiac by Bernard Foley

Installed part in our 2007 Tahoe. The problem is that the air conditioning fan keeps running after the engine is switched off. It doesn't matter if the air conditioner is on or off; The fan remains at high speed and does not adjust to a lower speed - again with the engine on or off. This, of course, drains the battery. I returned the item and Revain sent me a new one but I had the same problem. I went to AutoZone and bought another brand (Duralast) and now the AC works as it should. Turn off the engine and the fan turns off, and when the air conditioning is on, all fan speeds work. I'm not sure if this particular brand isn't compatible with Tahoe or if the manufacturer has manufacturing issues.
