I live in the desert and yes I have hard water and dry hair so it works wonders especially when combined with ArtNaturals Argan Oil Shampoo and ArtNaturals Argan Oil Conditioner. and the only time it has happened to me was the very first time but it was my fault - I used too much for the amount of hair I have. Since then this has never happened again. Note.
