Works well, helped with tendonitis of the long biceps head
Bought because I was having some problems with the long head of the biceps which are explained by similar symptoms to tendinitis (it could actually be deltoid tendonitis). Regular sleeves seem to be useless as they don't provide a good compression point where I need it (high on the arm). so it pushes/pushes exactly what I need. The only downside (which is why I gave it 4 stars for 'comfort') is that it's not exactly easy to climb with one hand, otherwise it's great.
