My husband has 7 herniated disks in his back and has had a terrible time trying to sleep on the flat bed he had. He had to keep getting up in the middle of the night to go sleep in his recliner in the living room. So I said it's time for a hospital bed. We got it, assembled it and replaced the old bed with this one. He was so thankful he nearly cried. Now he sleeps all night in his bed and wakes up without extra pain from posture discomfort. It doesn't fix his disks but it sure makes it easier for him to sleep.
