About me: I've tried sooo many protein powders. plain whey isolates, whey blends, casein, eggs, some plant based products, all brands (I used to work at GNC so I've definitely tried a wide range of flavors and brands, there are some gems and complete rubbish) . I've never tried plant-based protein and I "liked" it. Sometimes it's tolerable, but I never spend a dime of my own money on it, or it tastes like I'm chewing dirt. I was attracted by the reviews of Kos and had to find out! I mixed it with 8-10 ounces of water and just shook it (no little mixer ball/siphon, just shook) and it was just as good as many dry whey powders! (I say that because I've never tried a powder that didn't taste like a powder/protein drink, so no, it's not "chocolate milk" but a very good protein/chocolate drink). There are no strong commands, it combines well, it is easy to drink. A lot of people say it's too sweet, but I think for a chocolate protein drink, it's just great! Very glad I tried it! So for those looking for an alternative to whey, I think that's pretty damn good!
