**UPDATED 12/31/20 I have been contacted by Sparin customer service. They stated that their screen protectors were of the highest quality and apologized that I had received a faulty screen protector. They will send me a free replacement to make up for it. I really appreciate their quick and clear communication when it comes to getting things right. I'm upgrading my original 3 stars to 5 stars. Customer service is always a big thing in my book. Got this as a Christmas present for my father-in-law for his new Tab S7. Tried to install today. As you know, it comes with 2 screen protectors. We wiped the screen with the included alcohol wipe and then used a dust sticker to remove the remaining dust. We then placed the screen leveler on top of the screen. I took the protective film and was ready to install it. I just grabbed the edge of the screen protector with my thumb and forefinger and the SCREEN PROTECTOR BROKEN! It just banged! This made me question the durability of tempered glass and the strength of my thumb lol. Luckily we had a different screen protector because there are 2 packs. Instead, I asked my father-in-law to install it. He didn't break it in half and was able to put it on a tablet. It was difficult to remove the bubbles, the product did not come with a mop or similar to help remove the bubbles. So far so good, except for the first snap on screen protector and no scraper, hopefully it does the job!
