Missing Necessary Piece

Was so excited to have this at my daughter's party but after blowing up alllllll the balloons we discovered the piece that you put the balloons in to make the arch shape was missing. So we could not assemble the mermaid tail arch and we had 100 lose balloons floating around our house. Very disappointed in the product.
