I have a Geosafari Jr. Kidnoculars from Educational Insights for her 8 year old twin daughters who are being taught birding at home in their backyard. You absolutely love them! You used them a lot! They are very comfortable on their little faces and have soft shapes around the eyepieces for comfort. They offer good magnification (2x) and do not need to be focused. During the last month of use they held up normally. We go to the library to borrow some books to determine the birds they notice as part of their schoolwork. All in all, children's toys are easy to use, light weight, fun and convenient! An incredible choice for any explorer
