skip it This is not good. How general.

So yes, it rinses the rice. But rice, at least the rice I use (regular jasmine rice), gets stuck in the drain slots. These drainage slots are almost as thick as a grain of rice, but slightly smaller. So rice gets stuck in it but doesn't go through. Good thing the rice doesn't creep through or you'd wash it out of the bowl, into the sink, and down the drain. However, it doesn't drain well because you're clogging the drain holes with rice! So counterproductive! I went back to rinse the rice in the rice cooker bowl and said to hell with that thing. waste of money. What if the drainage holes were actually holes instead of slots? It could be anything. Or if there were a few tiny holes in it, but there would be many more. They should be large enough and sufficient to drain water effectively, but without rice sticking to and blocking them. Otherwise, what's the point. A simple concept that was sorely lacking. Great idea, terrible execution. Anyone who gives a good review is either lying or has a HUGE picture! Rschunimagu
