Error loading media. So here's the update. I received a second set and again I have the same results. I'm sending them back for working lights or a refund and what I get is an email from the company asking me to give a good review here. There is no return, the lamps don't work, just leave a good review. As for hooking it up, I've tried putting them in series and parallel with the same results! If I were one of you, I would avoid xsprite lighting. I don't know why their lights suddenly went crap but I'm not at all happy with the results or the response I got from them! Oh and Xsprite, you want the best overview, do things that work! So I ordered them to give my cruiser a little more visibility. I installed 4 out of 8. That same night one stopped working properly; This means that now only half of the LEDs are working. So the next day I replaced the broken one with one of the addons I had and everything looked fine after that. Well I started my shift and halfway through I now have two lights with only half the LEDs working. I have 16 years of auto repair experience so I know they are wired correctly. I have ordered this brand before and have never had any problems. I will try to contact the supplier or company and have it replaced but if not then it is not and I will never order this brand again. I will update the information as soon as I know. So I'll get back to you after I get a response from the company. They emailed me and said to make a video and text them but it doesn't happen. I don't have to make a video if I buy an item that doesn't work at Radio Shack, they will replace the item. So I did one thing better, I uploaded a video here. Mind you I originally had a flashlight that stopped working the day I installed it and in the video you can see what the end result is. I know that two other lamps are not working properly. The left one doesn't work, the right one because the blue LEDs don't blink, and the light next to it, the blue ones all stopped working together. If you look at the photo I've also attached, you can see that the blue LEDs actually look like they've burned out. I am not at all satisfied with the response I received from the company. I will wait for her reply to my second letter but I think it will not be good. Literally just expecting a hassle-free replacement, but we'll see what happens.
