I tried to understand and follow the lowercase instructions + blurry images on the wiper blade packaging but they were useless. I've watched the videos on the Revain list several times, but that too was hard to see/follow. I searched the internet (including the ANCO website) for instructions, but it was like trying to navigate a maze. I ended up installing this rear wiper blade on my 2004 Honda CR-V EX, completely ignoring the instructions and using common sense instead. I suggest you do the same. For what they're worth, here are my picks. (1) After detaching the old wiper blade from the permanent wiper arm attached to the vehicle, swing the "J" shaped arm at one end outwards/away from the vehicle. Then look at the BOTTOM side of the arm. (2) Hold the wiper blade facing the LOWER SIDE of the blade. Insert the J hook into the (rectangle to the right of the BOTTOM SIDE) of the blades and hook under the blade (in the obvious spot). (3) At this point the blade is wobbly so you need to secure the J hook inside the blade body with the black plastic piece that comes with the blade. (4) Locate a slot in the plastic piece about the same size as the end of the J hook. Slide this notch over the end of the J-Hook until it connects the J-Hook to the blade body. (5) After you hear and feel the plastic part click into place, you are done. I realize these aren't great instructions either, but hopefully they at least point you in the right direction.
