I bought this for a trip to Italy and Germany and was so impressed with the performance of this little hair dryer! I'm the kind of person who doesn't go anywhere without my own hair dryer because I won't go anywhere without my hair styled and my thick hair needs a powerful hair dryer instead of the useless ones most hotels have. I got concerned when I read that if you change the voltage for use in Europe it can only be at a low level. but it worked great! It's important to realize that while the "low" European voltage setting isn't the same as the low setting you get in the US, it is actually stronger. I've used it for two weeks in Europe with no problems and continue to use it when traveling here, it has replaced my previous travel hair dryer. I highly recommend it!
