Good for the price but not completely wireless

Considering the price this is a one good printer. My final opinion was that I should have spent a little more money to get something with a better user experience. Pros: + Prints very well + Aesthetically pleasing + Relatively compact + Good value for a budget wireless printer. having a USB cable plugged in for scanning, which is a major disadvantage if you place it in a public area away from computers. If I had known that beforehand, it would have been an obstacle for me. You have to download the whole bunch of bloated software from the CD to every computer on the network that you want to print/scan from. I tried a simple install and ran into all sorts of problems. The only interface on the printer is a digital alarm clock display that provides error codes that you can look up in the manual (located on the CD). You can't expect an LCD screen at this price point, but it's still worth mentioning. Ink. http://www.amazon.com/Canon-Products-PG-240XL-CL-241XL-PP-201/dp/B0061G4B6G/ref=pd_cp_e_0 There are no such cheap printer inks but these particular cartridges are only made by Canon, which means you can't buy a matching non-brand. Since the printer's ink supply is very low, buy at least one black cartridge immediately.

Pros
  • Full HD Movie Print software turns your favorite HD movies shot on compatible Canon EOS or PowerShot DSLRs into beautiful prints
Cons
  • Little things
