The bag arrived and it was a little dirty and broken which caused the front arch to deform! The bear's skirt was only partially worn and torn, causing it to cling to the bear's body. The stone on the bear's head was out of place and uneven, and the stone on the skirt was glued crooked (not in the center at all, a drop of dried glue is clearly visible next to the stone). The hardware on the bag was also misplaced and uneven (off centered and turned slightly to one side giving the bag a very cheap look. NOTHING LIKE THE PROMOTIONAL PHOTO). This is a gift for my daughter and I would not dare give her such a gift. COME BACK!
