I have owned several computer bags/backpacks in my career. I'm a network engineer who has been through a number of support networks on Navy ships that need to move a lot of equipment, as well as a program manager who needs to move more documents than equipment. This resulted in shoulder pain due to the weight and design. This bag is the perfect size for my current position and has been the most comfortable so far. Perfect size for my laptop with plenty of room inside and out for documents, two cell phones and cables/chargers.
