The first impression of this hat is that of a child. The vacuum packed hat looked very small and flimsy. Luckily my head is medium sized, not huge. Also, the beanie hat is very stretchy so it fits my head well. You have to keep in mind that this is a "bucket hat" which is usually a smaller cap that sits on the head and may not cover the ear. can't complain......item was as described. You get what you pay for. If I have to buy another hat, I'll take the best brand.
