Incredible Aqua Gym and ankle support after a horrible sprain that kept me walking in boots and crutches for weeks. 6 weeks after the incident I was able to re-enter the pool and continue with water aerobics. One of the hardest parts is getting in and out of the pool and this brace really helps me feel like my ankle is being supported. It's too thick for shoes and actually stretched my water sandals. It is very easy to put on and take off. I will probably need it for a few more months and am glad to have found a product that works well in the water! A nice bonus - it dries very quickly.
