In general the bag is well made, it fits all my stuff but it was difficult for me to get my stuff. Also the extra zipper in the pocket was useless for me. . It's actually attached to a regular zip pouch found in most bags and located underneath, although it's odd - there's an open pouch in between that can be used for a pen or nail file, but I found that cumbersome . as an additional zip pocket. I would trade it for a larger bag but I don't like that the strap is sewn onto this bag. I would really appreciate it if bag manufacturers offered us fixed length strap options. I am sure you will see less return. I HATE adjustable straps due to the buckle and double material when used in a shorter position. They are unattractive, never lie flat, tend to be uncomfortable, and mostly PITA.
