Review on Delta Essentials Keyboard Adapter Nintendo Switch by Luis Norman

I was able to detect and get the keyboard and mouse working on my Nintendo Switch, but unfortunately it doesn't work when the keyboard and mouse are on a hub or KVM. That means you'll need a dedicated keyboard and mouse to use it with this device, or physically disconnect and reconnect everything if you want to use it here or on your PC. I was hoping I could use my KVM to switch between them with a single click, but no dice.
