So far I like this product. super quiet. sometimes I forget it's on. It's also very light. I needed something for the rare occasions when I'm playing graphics games that heat up my laptop. This does the trick and works great. Keeps my laptop cool which means I can stay in game longer without completely shutting down my laptop. The only thing I don't like is that it's uncomfortable on my feet when I hold it on my lap. I didn't find out where the part for the phone came from either, but I don't need it there. doesn't matter much to me. I would recommend.
