I washed them hot and dried them. Normally I think I would wear medium sized pajamas, but since I really wanted quality flannel pajamas and there weren't any medium sized ones available, I read the reviews that they run small and bought a larger size. I'm 1.30m tall and have the perfect leg length. It's easy to sit Indian style. The waist below is comfortable. In pants I wear size 8-10. The bodice looks too big for me, but the sleeves are the perfect length. I usually wear small tops. There is a comfortable top button on the collar which I like. Without this button, the top would not work. To be honest I don't know how someone even remotely tall could wear these because the sleeves are a good length for my 5'1" body. The main body of the shirt is long and the pocket rests on it my tummy. Roomy because they are big. I could add a bar between the collar button and the next button. They are snug. I would be interested to know how well the setting would match, but I won't find out now.
