I bought this product because of a power outage. I love to read, but reading by candlelight isn't the best. After opening the product, it occurred to me that if it dies and the power goes out, how the hell am I supposed to charge it? I think a rechargeable battery might be more convenient for what I need. You will worry that you will break it. I don't think you will break. Not me. The way it opens is a bit odd and it felt awkward to clip it to my book. BUT, it works (it even came fully charged!), it's very light, which is a big plus when you're holding the book it's attached to. The included instructions are worth buying. Some of the suggestions were odd, and I enjoyed the idea of keeping the book's light away from anything flammable. He.Books are PAPER.Hahaha. In any case, while I haven't tried charging it yet (so I'm hoping the process works), I'm enjoying it so far. Not bad at all for the price.
