I paid $13.99 for 10 bulbs. The OEM bulb is GE WB25X10026 or GE WB08X10057, both 50W bulbs, and they sell for $13.99 per bulb. I have previously used a WB25X10019 20W bulb and there was a noticeable difference in the low level light from the bulb. These bulbs are made in China but I put on gloves and the first two bulbs I pulled out of the box worked like a champ. I highly recommend wearing gloves and not touching the halogen lamps with your fingers, otherwise the salts and oils from your skin will damage the lamp and cause heat concentration. This can significantly reduce the life of the bulb, or worse, destroy it.
