Before I pulled the trigger I checked out a few YouTube reviews of this watch. I'm glad I did. It's a great deal, it's basically the cheapest automatic steel bracelet out there, and yet it has a solid multi-link engineering bracelet, sapphire crystal, great light, 39mm size and a solid Seiko NH35 movement. For the price, they easily outperform any Seiko, Orient, Hamilton, Vaer, or Avi-8 field watch. At first I was put off by the bright imprint with a slight green tinge, but then I saw that while the bracelet is similar to the IWC xviii brand, the dial, white date window, hands, crown and case are designed as a nod to the vintage . IWC Spitfire (in promotional shots this aircraft can also be seen in the background). In that sense, I think it's appropriate. The bracelet is often criticized but pins don't bother me and yes the clasp is cheap but definitely no worse than most Seiko or Orient bracelets and they cost a lot more. Also, maybe I was lucky that the end links fit my watch really well (unlike the others in the video). They didn't offer a sterile dial option but I usually prefer the logo (iwc I think) and this one looks nice with the laser engraving on the back and crown. Edit: It should be noted that the bracelet is a bit long; With all the links, it almost fits my roughly 7 inch wrist. So if you have a smaller wrist, the bracelet may not fit.
