Benefits; Inexpensive others are smaller and made of chipboard and a bit more expensive, easy to assemble without tools, economical and not bad looking! minuses; After putting it together when I tried to get it into the cat area twice it fell apart twice so I had to put it back together. I thought it would be good to put a heavier weight on it, not too heavy but a heavy object just to hold on to! Also in the middle of the doors it looks like two screws are needed for something or small holes or something I have no idea?! In general very satisfied! Barely holds one of my large round trays! With a little more room on the side I just wish there were two cat holes on either side, looks like they save money too! :-)
