SUMMARY: The product works as expected in the short term and leaves my hair nice and soft. It helps reduce irritation on my scalp and I can only hope that it helps with exfoliation in the long run. I *really* intend to buy this again in the future. --------------------------------- My advice: do a little wash with something that removes surface oil from the scalp *before* using this product. It seems to help it "penetrate" the scalp better. The product is very aromatic, which can be very good or very bad depending on your expectations. For me personally it was a pleasant smell and I prefer it to the smell of literal vinegar :-) The downside is that it was very different from the smells of my other "male" products. But the smell is nice! The product is very, very liquid. This means it is NOT viscous. Not a problem if you go straight to where you need it, but it should be noted.
