LOVE So this has been in my cart for months! I'm so glad I finally bought it! On all levels, this is probably one of the best Amazon purchases I've ever made. Appearance - I purchased the ivory fabric and this is exactly what I wanted and expected. Assembly - I literally NEVER try to assemble things. I'm sure most will read this and roll their eyes, but I've always found someone to help - it's not worth the headache. I was sooooo excited to get this chair at work too when it arrived and I couldn't "call" anyone to help me so I decided to just give it a try. I've been looking for a guide for a long time! Lol they were hidden in one of the pillow bags. 15 minutes after receiving the chair, I was sitting in it! Comfort first, I'm 5 feet tall, 135-140 lbs. I bought this chair for one real reason: my lower back or neck always rises from the horrible chair I've used, so as great as it was, when uncomfortable it didn't work. It took 2 full days of 6-8 hours sitting in a chair. PERFECT! I love to sit cross-legged and this chair allows me to do that while still "under" my desk and when I'm sitting like this the back of the chair supports my entire back up to my neck!
