As someone who does a lot of their shopping for electronics and accessories online, I was excited to give Victoriatourist a try because of how often I do my shopping there. My experience with this firm has, to put it mildly, not lived up to my expectations in any way, shape, or form. To begin, the standard of the things that were sent to me did not meet my expectations. I was led to believe that the laptop accessory I purchased was of superior quality; nevertheless, upon closer inspection, I discovered that it was flimsy and of poor construction. Customers who anticipate getting the value they pay for are likely to be dissatisfied with Victoriatourist because it is quite evident that the company is not committed to providing quality. The unreliability of the shipping just made the situation worse. It took a few weeks for my order to arrive, and even after that, there was something missing from it when it finally arrived. After contacting customer service, I found that they were unresponsive and unable to assist me, which made my aggravation level even worse. In general, I cannot in good faith recommend Victoriatourist to anyone because of the service they provide. The poor quality of their products and the unpredictability of their shipment make them an undesirable option for online purchasing. Look elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for electrical goods and accessories to save yourself some trouble.
