Great tool if your organization needs standardized processes

The software is very easy to use, it has many different tools that can be used for classification purposes such as text extraction, sentiment analysis etc. It also offers great support in training through courses offered online which are well explained from start to finish. I do not have any dislikes other than maybe being able to add more features or functions but this would require additional cost so you get what you pay for! We needed a way to automate our classification process without adding too much manual labor into the mix. This provides us with an easier interface for employees who need help classifying their email messages and allows them to focus elsewhere instead of having to spend time doing repetitive tasks. I like that it allows you to send multiple labels for one email, which can be helpful when sending out mass messages or other business related communications. It also has some great features such as being able to create custom folders in addition to having standard ones (e.g., Marketing). There aren't any downsides, but the price is pretty steep. If you are looking for something inexpensive this isn’t going to work well for you. We use message classification to help keep our marketing team organized.
