excellent moisture protection
problem with old cat jumping on the bed and pissing. While we rely on the primary protection of our thin vinyl memory foam mattress, we use a slipcover over it and then a comforter under the sheet to keep us cool. The other protectors, the expensive ones that we bought with our Serta mattress, have had urine seeping into the thin vinyl. After using this protector I was very surprised that the urine stopped completely without even getting through the vinyl. This is the first profile that actually stops moisture. I follow the washing instructions exactly to protect it, cold water, tumble dry low. Hoping it lasts a long time.
