Do not buy this product. I've had this toothbrush for almost a year now, I got it for Christmas when I was 17. I have to say that this product does its job beyond words. My teeth have never been cleaner. Brushing is very comfortable and the toothbrush will teach you how to fully cover all areas of the mouth. This is an excellent toothbrush that I would highly recommend until yesterday. Then Phillips comes with an update. Now you can't brush your teeth if Phillips doesn't receive your session details. I don't want people to know how I clean. It's a toothbrush, but Philips has turned it from a great oral hygiene tool into Orwellian gossip. I want to spend my 2 minutes morning and night whitening my smile and removing plaque, which she has been doing until yesterday. Now 4 minutes daily market research from Phillips and how to sell me things I don't need, don't want or want. Phillips destroyed an amazing product to appease marketers. Do not buy.
