Terrible experience on first use.

I got it yesterday but haven't used it until tonight. Followed T.'s instructions. Microwave it for a minute. I took it out, put on a little beads, I wanted to be warmer. Microwave it for another 30 seconds and open my microwave in a smoke filled oven with that burnt hole in my wrapper. I could burn down my house. I would give zero stars here if I could.
