I got it yesterday but haven't used it until tonight. Followed T.'s instructions. Microwave it for a minute. I took it out, put on a little beads, I wanted to be warmer. Microwave it for another 30 seconds and open my microwave in a smoke filled oven with that burnt hole in my wrapper. I could burn down my house. I would give zero stars here if I could.

The best aromatherapy neck & shoulder wrap I've ever bought. I would recommend it to anyone who has ever had neck or shoulder problems. The coldness and weight of this item alone really speaks for itself. You do not need to repair this wrapper at any time. Once you put it on your neck, it will actually stay there. I can rate this item with 10 stars. I love it and I can honestly say you do too.

I like this heating pad. I have terrible pain in my neck from being on the back a few years ago. I also have osteophytes and osteochondrosis, and by the end of the workday my pain gets terribly worse. I use it when my meds are low but it's too soon to take more. Not like drugs, but it helps. I was also concerned that it might add extra weight or pressure to my neck causing more pain, but that's not the case at all. This is a really good product and worth the money.

There was pain in the neck and shoulder blade. I ordered this item to help. First I used it as a heating pad. Just put it in the microwave. Light. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. I put it in the microwave for too long and the beads inside started to burn. It smelled like burnt popcorn. My microwave takes longer to heat up if you follow the instructions (a little longer actually). It is recommended to set the power level to 50%. So just be prepared for that. It keeps warm for a long time, I haven't timed it but I know I'll keep it for over 15 minutes. As for the different herbs that are out there. I don't feel it clearly, very slightly. Let's start with what I liked. I loved the aromatherapy, flax, wheat, chamomile, lavender and a few other ingredients that add a soothing scent while enjoying the benefits of a heat or cold treatment with this neck and shoulder wrap. Wow, that's the softest heating foil I've ever seen! I have very sensitive/sensitive skin so the fabrics I use make a huge difference. I'm so happy with it! I like the moist heat it creates, it seems to get deeper into the muscles than the dry heat. It's a really good weight and I love that it has a little collar that goes to the nape of the neck.
