So soft and works great!
I like this heating pad. I have terrible pain in my neck from being on the back a few years ago. I also have osteophytes and osteochondrosis, and by the end of the workday my pain gets terribly worse. I use it when my meds are low but it's too soon to take more. Not like drugs, but it helps. I was also concerned that it might add extra weight or pressure to my neck causing more pain, but that's not the case at all. This is a really good product and worth the money.
