Works as expected - heat and cold therapy

My microwave takes longer to heat up if you follow the instructions (a little longer actually). It is recommended to set the power level to 50%. So just be prepared for that. It keeps warm for a long time, I haven't timed it but I know I'll keep it for over 15 minutes. As for the different herbs that are out there. I don't feel it clearly, very slightly. However, that wasn't why I got it, so it doesn't really matter to me. If this is the main reason you are getting it, please consider it. Apart from that, it is very good for relieving neck/upper shoulder tension.
