Let's start with what I liked. I loved the aromatherapy, flax, wheat, chamomile, lavender and a few other ingredients that add a soothing scent while enjoying the benefits of a heat or cold treatment with this neck and shoulder wrap. It's very soft and gives good head/neck support (slim which I need for my stiff neck muscles after sitting at the computer all day at work). I don't like that it's not a few inches taller. It just fits my shoulders but if you have broad shoulders this won't work for you if you want to cover all trapezius muscles and shoulders the size is smaller than I would like. It would be nice if there were different size options for all body sizes.
