Controllers sync instantly and hold charge pretty well (I've only had them a day) Colors are as advertised and very comfortable to hold! The only problem is that the buttons are pretty hard to press and sometimes you have to press them multiple times before they work, which is frustrating. I used them for about 20 minutes before the button got too annoying and I'm generally a patient person. So if you are impatient and worried about such things, this might not be the best option. If you are only interested in looks and ergonomics then they are top notch! I'll probably send them back because the buttons are just annoying. In addition, the vibration of the controller is STRONG. For example, you can hear and feel it vibrate, it sounds like an industrial fan turning on when it starts up.
