This case is very protective and well made, with good organization. It will hold a laptop, papers, and accessories in the main section, with another pretty large accessory section on the front. It's well padded all around, including the top edges (though the foam along the top isn't as thick as the laptop sleeve inside). It's a perfect fit for my mid-2014 15.4" MacBook Pro Retina. The dedicated tablet sleeve accessible on the front has a magnetic flap and fits my iPad Air in it's Apple Smart Case. There is a phone slot on the front and a back strap to fit over the pull handle on wheeled luggage.
