I ordered this item at the same time as I bought PiSugar2, but I couldn't get PiZ-Uptime 2.0 to work. I've been in touch with you to see if Alchemy Power has any suggestions or a way to check if the device is defective. I absolutely have the answer now. It charged my battery, but as soon as I removed power from the PiZ, it removed power from my Raspberry Pi Zero W. If there is a way to get the board to work properly I'd love to hear about it. it.PiSugar has received a lot of support. They even fixed a bug in their software,
