Incorrect sizing!
Base rod circumference measurement is wrong for both 16 inch and 18 inch. The diagram clearly shows that 2 inches are both just 1 and 3/4 inches. This makes a big difference when you need to cover the screw holes of the previous towel rail. It's really easy to measure something. you would think!
