I like how easy it's been for our team of 4 people (4th employee) who are all located across different time zones! We're able keep up from any where we happen be at anytime throughout day or night using their Slack integration which makes communication so much easier because you know your coworkers always have access no matter what they do during each shift/day etc..
Not anything specifically bad about springbuck but there could definitely improve some things such customer service maybe if this were something new? But overall not too many issues here really just small improvements needed i would say mainly regarding making sure everyone knows when these little fixes get released through slack notifications ect...
